All orders are made-to-order and payment is required in full. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing and creation.

Once processed and created, all items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 1-3 business days once the order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided for all orders. Please note that inclement weather or peak holiday seasons may cause a delay in delivery. L Michelle Events & Design is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control or the control of our carriers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact USPS with your provided tracking information.

For rush order needs quicker than the approximate 14 days turnaround, please contact L Michelle directly via email to arrange a possible quicker delivery time. Rush delivery is not guaranteed, but we will try to honor all requests, if possible.
